崗位職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)小區(qū)機(jī)電設(shè)備安裝和調(diào)試工作。
2、負(fù)責(zé)管理區(qū)域弱電系統(tǒng)（如對(duì)講，監(jiān)控，消防及報(bào)警系統(tǒng)，消防聯(lián)系系統(tǒng)，樓宇自控系統(tǒng)及其它設(shè)備電控制設(shè)備）的技術(shù)維護(hù)和管理。
3、編制維護(hù)計(jì)劃，運(yùn)行管理方案，節(jié)能降耗措施的制定和實(shí)施，確保各項(xiàng)設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。
4、定期對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行維修，保養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行檢查及設(shè)備檔案資料的管理。
5、完成上級(jí)交辦的其它工作。
崗位要求：
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)電，電動(dòng)化，電子維修等相關(guān)專業(yè)，有電工證，初級(jí)工程師證，具有3年以上弱電工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
2、熱愛并認(rèn)同物業(yè)行業(yè)，熟悉物業(yè)行業(yè)設(shè)施設(shè)備監(jiān)測(cè)及控制要求，對(duì)強(qiáng)弱電設(shè)備等技術(shù)維修有豐富的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，有良好的職業(yè)道德和服務(wù)意識(shí)，團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作意識(shí)。
