職位描述：
1.和組長一起，管理技術(shù)員的操作并監(jiān)督其表現(xiàn)，確保根據(jù)計(jì)劃有效地進(jìn)行了預(yù)防性維護(hù)和改正性行動(dòng)
2.監(jiān)督協(xié)調(diào)所有參與裝修、修復(fù)和維護(hù)、醫(yī)院設(shè)施的增加和調(diào)整的員工
3.管理和設(shè)施維護(hù)、維修、運(yùn)營、翻新、改造相關(guān)的工作
4.在設(shè)施運(yùn)營部經(jīng)理不在時(shí)代管其職能
5.根據(jù)時(shí)間表完成預(yù)防性維護(hù)時(shí)間表、一覽表和維修維護(hù)工作
6.能在管理進(jìn)行裝修、修復(fù)和維護(hù)工作中采取推進(jìn)者的角色，并與承包商協(xié)調(diào)實(shí)現(xiàn)最想得到的結(jié)果并按時(shí)完成
7.證據(jù)顯示在管理項(xiàng)目工作和運(yùn)營方面都顯示出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能，不會(huì)在設(shè)施運(yùn)營部經(jīng)理不在場時(shí)影響醫(yī)院的運(yùn)營
8.協(xié)助確定醫(yī)院主體結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)需要的添加和翻新的重大項(xiàng)目，獲取預(yù)算報(bào)價(jià)并提交資本與設(shè)備申請以獲批
9.通過監(jiān)管和代理進(jìn)行工作計(jì)劃的優(yōu)先排序，確保時(shí)刻將病人關(guān)護(hù)和舒適放在首位
10.與下屬合作確保所有設(shè)備保持運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)
11.協(xié)助準(zhǔn)備并維持所有設(shè)備的預(yù)防性維護(hù)程序，確保日程得到遵守，向設(shè)施運(yùn)營經(jīng)理報(bào)告影響醫(yī)院運(yùn)營的重大設(shè)備故障
12.評估員工的表現(xiàn)，提出升遷、降職、解聘等，取決于設(shè)施運(yùn)營經(jīng)理的批準(zhǔn)
13.確保與供應(yīng)商和承包商就要完成的工作和要采購的設(shè)備進(jìn)行有效的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)
14.制定年度保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃并實(shí)施
15.準(zhǔn)備定期（周/月/年）報(bào)告
16.管理外包的各供應(yīng)商、承包商，編制與維修、改造等工作相關(guān)的圖紙、技術(shù)說明、招標(biāo)文件和合同文件
17.進(jìn)行設(shè)施運(yùn)營經(jīng)理或更高級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)要求的其他任務(wù)
職位要求：
1.本科學(xué)歷或以上，電氣工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.至少10年的強(qiáng)弱電以及有關(guān)的物業(yè)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，尤其是醫(yī)院行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
