【崗位職責】
負責軟件產品的實施、安裝、調試、以及升級部署； 負責軟件產品日常運營維護，解決常見系統(tǒng)故障，能協(xié)助開發(fā)人員定位問題；根據(jù)項目、產品的運維要求進行日常的系統(tǒng)檢查和故障處理； 負責實施文檔、部署文檔的編寫；根據(jù)項目、產品的運維規(guī)范編寫運維報告，產品數(shù)據(jù)的分析和整理。 撰寫系統(tǒng)使用說明書，協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理完成系統(tǒng)培訓工作； 挖掘用戶現(xiàn)場需求，對用戶原始需求進行初步整理，并反饋到研發(fā)團隊。 對所運維的項目和產品的穩(wěn)定性、安全性、可用性負直接責任。
【任職資格】
全日制本科或以上學歷；計算機、網(wǎng)絡、自動化、電子工程相關專業(yè)；
3年以上Linux/window操作系統(tǒng)下的軟件系統(tǒng)運維經(jīng)驗，有海外運維經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先；
具有較強的執(zhí)行力，較強的溝通能力、學習能力和團隊合作精神； 具備良好的英語書面及口頭表達溝通能力；
具備軟件項目實施管理方面的知識，有軟件實施、運維管理經(jīng)驗；
了解并掌握ORACLE等一種以上常用數(shù)據(jù)庫，能夠獨立完成簡單的SQL語句的編寫；
學習能力強，能夠快速理解客戶業(yè)務；
有團隊精神和責任心，能夠同時處理多任務 熟悉tomcat等主流WEB服務器，并有一定的使用經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
熟悉Linux/Unix等操作系統(tǒng)，熟悉shell，有系統(tǒng)調優(yōu)經(jīng)驗；
熟練常用系統(tǒng)工具和運維工具，如Nginx、Redis、PL/SQL等；
