崗位職責(zé)：
1、對機(jī)房的能基設(shè)備、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和服務(wù)器硬件進(jìn)行定期巡檢和其他例行工作處理。
2、根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)中心管理制度對相關(guān)服務(wù)請求進(jìn)行流程的發(fā)起、跟進(jìn)、直至處理完畢。
3、根據(jù)經(jīng)驗和專業(yè)技能，對相關(guān)故障進(jìn)行初步判斷，并與二線團(tuán)隊配合徹底解決問題。
4、參與定期會議，按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)記錄工作過程和編寫巡檢報告。
5、能夠接受早晚排班，確保團(tuán)隊7*24小時不間斷服務(wù)。
任職要求：
1、計算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)，2年及以上機(jī)房數(shù)據(jù)中心運維經(jīng)驗。
2、熟練操作機(jī)房常見設(shè)備，如網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備、服務(wù)器的上下架、網(wǎng)絡(luò)跳線調(diào)整等。
3、熟悉數(shù)據(jù)中心機(jī)房的運轉(zhuǎn)流程和相關(guān)安全操作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
4、良好的溝通能力和文檔編輯能力、服務(wù)意識、熟悉ITTL服務(wù)框架優(yōu)先考慮。
